Service Rate
General troubleshooting onsite £15 if fixed in under 30 minutes, otherwise £25 an hour, capped at £50
General troubleshooting remotely £10 if fixed in under 30 minutes, otherwise £20 an hour, capped at £40
Full system health check (performance optimization, security patching, general cleanse etc) WAS £50, NOW £25 (Limited time only!)
Installation and configuration of wireless ADSL router for up to 3 wireless devices £30 (own wireless ADSL router provided) or £60 (wireless ADSL router provided)
Installation and configuration of wired network for up to 3 devices from £30 (dependent on cable length and installation requirements, please contact for a quote)
New computer setup (including physical setup, user account creation, configuration of software etc) £25
Installation of internal PC component(s) £15 for first component, £5 for each additional component
Installation or upgrade of software package £15
